Animal Farm Cliff's Notes Project
This is a portfolio style project for the novel Animal Farm. It is worth 200 points (this can be edited to your liking). Included in this document are the requirements for the project as well as a detailed rubric for grading. I did this project for several years. The students enjoyed it. There are writing and artistic components. It gives them a chance to let their creativity shine.

I have designed this project as a PBL (Project Based Learning) for my 9th grade students. This project asks students to not focus so much on the topics of "love," "fate," or "impulsivity," but rather focuses on conflict. My Romeo and Juliet unit is focused on character analysis, and through this project I ask students to come to understand how and why conflicts are created, how conflicts can be absolved, and how to handle conflict. This project also asks them to connect the conflicts within Rome
