As a high school English teacher, I want my students to be able to apply the grammar skills we have gone over to any given paragraph. Therefore, I usually take several weeks throughout the semester and work with editing. I display a paragraph on the screen, tell my students how many errors are in the paragraph, and then we go over it together. The errors are consistent with what they need to know for ACT: commas, semicolons, colons, redundancy, parallel structure, subject-verb agreement, and pro
