Why Study History
How frequently do you get asked that question by a student who "Doesn't Want To Be Here" during the first week of school? and how do you respond to that question? What do you mean, "because I said so?" "Do we have to do this because someone else (your state's guidelines) said so?" Are you ready to answer that question if it is posed to you in the future? This lesson is created to be virtual or in class. Students will learn all about medieval castles, their defensive parts, why they were used and what caused the castles to be obsolete.
