TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I have been a Speech-Language Pathologist for 20 years. I currently work at an early childhood center with preschool students. At my previous schools I worked with children who were in self-contained Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) classrooms. I worked closely with the Kindergarten teachers and ran phonemic awareness intervention groups with at-risk Kindergarteners. I love making new materials for my students, and I am excited to share the activities with you!

MY TEACHING STYLE

I love using games and hands-on activities any time I can in therapy. I have worked very closely with the ASD teachers and staff in my buildings. I have also run social language groups with the school social worker. I love to have fun and laugh in therapy!

HONORS/AWARDS/SHINING TEACHER MOMENT

I am honored every day to be a wife to my husband, a mom to my two boys, and to have a job that I love. Everyday that students make progress is an award to me!
