I have worked in education for the last 20 years, teaching grades TK-6. I absolutely love teaching!

MY TEACHING STYLE

My ideal classroom is one of discovery. It includes student choice, collaboration, and project-based learning. My strength as an educator is differentiated instruction.

HONORS/AWARDS/SHINING TEACHER MOMENT

Throughout my career, I have presented at several regional and national conferences, including Freckle Education's National Conference in San Francisco. In addition, I have presented at numerous webinars and seminars for my district.

MY OWN EDUCATIONAL HISTORY

I graduated with a B.A. Liberal Studies and SB 2042 Multiple Subject Credential from California State University, Long Beach. In addition, I have taken graduate coursework in the field of Educational Technology.
