TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I taught fifth grade in private Christian schools until leaving the classroom to stay home with my 3 kiddos. I am now preschooling my toddlers.

MY TEACHING STYLE

I love making learning fun and memorable. I want the students to look back on their year with me as one where they were challenged, stretched, and had their confidence grow because of all they accomplished.

HONORS/AWARDS/SHINING TEACHER MOMENT

I was named Teacher of the Year at my school. I received the BrainQuest Teacher of the Month award. On the Praxis 2 for Elementary Education Content Knowledge I scored in the top 15% of all test takers.

MY OWN EDUCATIONAL HISTORY

I have a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education from Liberty University in Lynchburg, Virginia.
