TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I went to college for Nutrition and Wellness with minors in International affairs and public health. After a short stint in the corporate world - I realized I wanted to go back to school to get my Masters in Health Education.

I am a blended mix of instructor-focused and student-focused teaching. I try to make my classroom as engaging as possible by getting my students up and moving and doing projects that relate to their everyday lives.
