The Spoon Theory, developed by Christine Miserandino, is a way of explaining your energy levels to others when facing a chronic illness. I hand-made this printable in order to help others facing chronic illness (mental or physical) organize overwhelming tasks in a way that can conserve spoons while still feeling productive. It also includes an information page that can be used to educate our allies and loved ones on what the spoon theory means in hopes of better understanding each other. Created by a disabled person for the disabled community!
