iReady Student Data Tracker ELA

This worksheet is idle to keep in the student's iReady folder/data folders. The tracker lets you keep track of their diagnostic results from the end of the previous year, beginning of the year, middle, and end. It also breaks down each diagnostic into the components that are tested: phonological awareness, phonics, high-frequency words, vocabulary, comprehension literature, and comprehension informational text. It also has a chart to keep track of their monthly growth checks. I designed this template not only for the teachers but for students. They have access to this information, so they can see and understand where they are on their learning path. It also makes a great resource for parent-teacher conferences, IEP/504 meetings, PLCs, and student conferences
