Description

Are you trying to get your students real-world application with Area and Perimeter? Engage your students while they design a zoo with this fun area and perimeter project. As they are designing their zoo, students will select various animals to include. Each animal has specific requirements for the area and perimeter that is needed for their enclosures.

This area and perimeter project is perfect to use at the end of your unit to apply the skill, as an early finisher project, or even as a bonus activity during state testing. The entire project will take approximately a week for students to complete, however you can pick and choose which activities you want your students to complete within the project!
