Zones of Emotion Regulation Posters

Zones are green, yellow, blue, and red all using the characters from inside out.

I use these posters in my room as a way for students to check in each morning on how they are feeling. They move their clothespin with their number on it each morning as a way to let me know how they are feeling at the start of the day. If their feelings change throughout the day they are always able to move their clip.
