Description

Students will be exploring the United States real estate website, Zillow, to purchase their dream home in their hometown. Students will browse houses in their community and see how much houses are! Students will see larger numbers in context. Students are amazed at how much it truly costs to purchase a house.

This is a 4 part project that involves place value, rounding, researching, math, subtracting, multiplying, comparing, thinking, and writing.

This project is great for enrichment for AIG students, writing and math integration, and for a whole group class as well.

** Students will need a computer with internet to research the website, Zillow.
