Description

Have your students plan their own 20-minute Yoga workout! Put students in the role of the workout instructor and have them teach the rest of the class.

This planning template has students create a workout for a targeted outcome following this pattern:

Center-> Warm-up-> Easier Poses-> Challenging Poses -> Easier Poses -> Cool-down

They conclude with a reflection on how their workout went.
