This packet is my latest brain child and I'm IN LOVE with it! This journal includes 50 weekly writing prompts focused on the following types of writing:
1. Argument Writing
2. Narrative Writing
3. Explanatory Writing
4. Current Events/Research
5. Critical Thinking
Each week, you can assign students a different prompt which can help them develop their writing skills. Each month includes one of each of the above types of writing, as well as a grading area and an inspirational or motivational quote about writing.
You can give the prompts to your students in the form of a complete journal, or give the prompts individually each week.
There are 5 for each month - of course not all the prompts will be used, but you can pick and choose at your leisure!
