What educators are saying
I have purchased several of Catherine's resources and they are excellent! I particularly liked the video and hand motions for describing the parts of a good paragraph. My kiddos use the motions frequently when writing to remember the parts!
These were very helpful in helping students pick a topic to write about and generate conversations. The organizers helped them be able to independently start their writing prompt.
Description
In 1st and 2nd Grade, students begin writing paragraphs for the first time. They need continual practice with real-world prompts. The 64 prompts and differentiated graphic organizers in this resource are ones my students loved! I printed the prompts, put them on a binder ring, and hung them in our Work on Writing center. Students had easy access to them and the coordinating writing templates/organizers.
