Writing Informational Texts using a Mentor Text - FACTS and OPINIONS

We use mentor texts in every writing lesson as a way to get kids excited about writing and to show them real examples of what we are asking them to do in writing. For this writing pack we use the picture book The Truth about Dolphins by Maxwell Eaton III.
