We all conduct Writing Conferences with our students and give them regular Writing Goals but are your students actually aware of what their writing goal is? Do they know how to implement it? Are their parents aware of it and do they know how to reinforce it at home?
I have created these Writing Goal Reminder Slips with this in mind. My students often forget what their goal is and their parents WANT to be informed too!
Instructions:
All you need to do is print off the writing goal slips onto some coloured card (or plain white paper) and staple/paste them into your students' Writing Goal Books, Writing Book, GOALS MAT Communication Book or Homework Book.
The next time you ask your students what their Writing Goal is, you won't get that BLANK look on their face! ;)
