I use this after I complete a writing conference with a friend.
These can be printed on sticky notes or just the plain sheet of paper. There are explicit step by step directions on how to print on the sticky notes with pictures.
It is helpful when doing report cards, or having conferences.
There is a k-2 sticky note option

Each child has their own page, and I can use post it notes easily to write on, and put right in their binder.
