World Geography Escape Room Bundle

This resource includes 12 total geography escape room activities. One over The Seven Continents of the World, one over The Basics of World Geography, and ten additional resources covering each region of the world.

These are not your traditional escape rooms that are completed with a box and a lock. Instead, students just need the Google Slides Presentation and the Google Docs worksheet. The worksheets can be completed digitally or on print. At the conclusion of the activity, students submit their final answer to a Google Form.

✨⚡✨This activity will help familiarize students with physical and political map identifications, provide instructional practice in using north-south-east-west directions, introduce students to some of the most fascinating locations ALL AROUND THE WORLD, and give students practice with analyzing maps and other primary source images.✨⚡✨

Best of all, it is easy for teachers! The answers must match up to the boxes, which allows students to self-check themselves as they go. This activity is fun and simple to utilize in the classroom! Just post it for your students and they can go from there!

Students use political maps, physical maps, latitude/longitude charts, and other primary source images to answer the questions at each station. Once they have answered all of the questions at a station, they can decode the clue and then use Google to search for the answer to the clue. Each station’s answer will reveal an important location or fact about the region's geography. Once students have decoded the clues and answers for all five stations they can use the information to figure out the secret location to escape.⭐✈️✨

This is a no prep activity that students can complete independently or in groups. Answer keys are provided for all resources.
