World Changer of the Week BUNDLE: Sets 1 and 2 | Influential People

This is a bundle of World Changer of the Week Sets 1 and 2!

Incorporate this impactful weekly routine in your classroom! Along the way, it will help your students to:

- make inferences

- ask questions

- write strong sentences

- learn about important issues

- be inspired to make a positive impact on the world!

I started incorporating a World Changer of the Week because I wanted to introduce my students to people they might not otherwise learn about. You’ll notice that many significant heroes are NOT included in the list of world changers, and the individuals I chose vary wildly in terms of their level of notoriety and fame. This was intentional. I wanted to expose my students to a wide variety of people so that my students could see all of the different ways they can make a positive impact on the world. Whether they choose to be doctors, athletes, writers, professors, activists, or engineers – they can make a difference!

This bundle includes both Set #1 and Set #2, making a total of 30 weeks worth of world changers! Since there are usually a few weeks in the year when we didn't get to a world changer (first two weeks, last two weeks, holiday weeks, short weeks), this ends up being enough for the school year!

Both Set #1 and Set #2 include:

I have also provided the titles of YouTube videos for each world changer so that you can embed videos into the presentations, too. I apologize for this inconvenience!
