One suggested use for these Word Wall posters is to focus on the words for one letter or sound each week along with other reinforcing activities: flash cards, reading, writing and other activities to reinforce the new words. Obviously, some letters may need to be grouped together since some letters/sounds contain fewer words than others.
Another activity you can do with the students with these posters is to have students try and come up with additional words not on these posters and have them define what they mean or how they can be used in creating sentences of their own.
These Word Wall posters are small enough to also be used as flash card sets that students could practice in centers or study for review when they're looking for something else to do, but they are also large enough to be easily seen around the room.
The layout and design of these posters are originals of my creation. Vector art images used for the noun words are sourced for commercial use with attribution to the authors of http://all-free-download.com/.
