Description

We celebrate Women’s History 365 we can also celebrate our poets at the same time. Here’s a bundle with writing prompts, jamboards and hyperlinked books.  Students can research one trailblazer as a team. Ask and answer each other’s questions about her and jot the information down on the writing ✍️ papers provided. Extension project: students will be able to list three -five major accomplishments of one of these women and make a creative poster about them. This product has a selection of African American, Caucasian, Latina, and Asian Women. We have highlighted poets, astronauts, judges etc. All children will learn of the great accomplishments and students can use the resources provided to complete this project independently or as a group virtually.

P.S. older students can make their own songs up, skit or represent through a medium of their choice.
