There are 23 pennant featuring a variety of famous female mathematicians perfect for women's history month! A document with a few examples of what completed pennants may look like is also included. Note: a full answer key is not included as what appears on pennants depends on what the person researching feels should be there!

There are many ways to use these pennants! I love using them to decorate the classroom – either via hanging them up (on a string by folding down the top portion of each pennant), or placed on a bulletin board.
These make a great pull together activity for writing assignments in math class too! Have students research an assigned mathematician. They may write a paragraph or a paper on their assigned person. To pull all of the information they learn together, they fill out the pennant with all of the information they feel is most important, or most interesting!
