Description
Short Description: Students learn to analyze some societal stereotypes of women in science in regards to: biases, maternal issues, space exploration, Near-Earth objects, Kuiper and Asteroid Belt, orbital motions and velocities, and solar system structure. Students work through videos and formative questions. Then they complete an astronomy interactive highlighting the contributions of several female scientists before a discussion writing topic and a short reflective writing.
