Winter QR Codes!

This activity is a QR Hunt to find answers to questions about Winter! The teacher can use the hunt as a warm-up activity, sponge during the day, center work or a Friday Fun day during the long days of winter. Typical vocabulary and some advanced for the gifted learner in younger grades. The tasks have very interesting topics for discussion and foster science skills. Winter questions include snow, animals and other weather events. Great to use all winter long!
Included are 24 Task Cards with the QR codes that lead to questions, an instructions page, winter reference websites, QR links to reference websites, answer document, student certificates and credits page. The students love searching around the room and school for the QR codes! Teachers will provide additional resource books and devices to aid in research using the sites listed in the activity. Students will have to hunt down the answers by using their critical thinking skills.I hope you enjoy the hunt!
