Who Lives in the Ocean? Ocean Animal Sorting Activity

This activity was designed to go along with the study of the ocean habitat. Students cut and glue various animal pictures into two categories, based on whether or not it is an animal that lives in the ocean habitat. There is also a writing page where students are asked to make a connection between the ocean animals and what allows them to survive in the ocean habitat compared to the other habitats we discuss. I use this as a quick assessment to determine if my kinders understand which animals live in the ocean and which do not.
