Description
This engaging writing template will guide students to create a paragraph about the career that would like to have. The first page allows students to brainstorm and choose a career to write about. The structured sentence frame paragraph assists them in writing a complete paragraph about the career they have chosen, considering why they would like this career, its benefits for the community, and what they would need to do to prepare for this career. The second page provides a template for a final paragraph and accompanying illustration.
In my classroom, I have used this template to help students through the steps of the writing process to create a final product that meets the objectives of the project. I have found it to be especially helpful for struggling writers or English Language Learners. I hope you and your students will find it engaging and helpful, too!
