What educators are saying

We performed this for our mothers at mothers day tea and they LOVED it. The students has so much fun putting it together and it was perfect to use for multiple grade levels.
Used this resource to go with our Mother's Day Tea. It was so cute and the moms really enjoyed hearing it.

Description

Your students will love this Reader's Theater! This is such a cute book by Martha Simpson, and the kids are given some very funny examples of what not to give their mothers for Mother's Day!

This Reader's Theater has roles for three students, but it adapts easily to include more. You may even want to give each student in class a line!

Necklaces/headbands are included, and the script comes in a color-coded version, too!

This would be perfect if you are having a Mother's Day tea or some other type of Mother's Day program.

Some other Mother's Day Reader's Theaters on my site are:

A Mother for Choco

Mother Bruce

We're Very Good Friends, My Mother and I

The Night Before Mother's Day

I Love You, Too!

The Kissing Hand

On Mother's Lap (Free)

Thank you so much for taking a look at this!

Feel free to change anything you would like so that this script meets the needs of your students in the best possible manner!
