Welcome to the Just Memes
During my writing of my Blog called Teaching and Developing Online, I have collected thousands of memes. What is a meme you might ask? Wikipedia calls a meme, an idea, behaviour, or style that spreads from person to person within a culture. A meme acts as a unit for carrying cultural ideas, symbols, or practices that can be transmitted from one mind to another through writing, speech, gestures, rituals, or other imitable phenomena with a mimicked theme.
I have collected thousands of these and in this complied semi-organized mess of memes, I will be sharing some. If an image or idea appears more than once then, you know that meme struck a chord with me.
I just finished reading the internet last night and I think I have collected the best of the best so, enjoy.
These are great as a daily addition to your classroom. There is enough images here that you can post a different meme everyday for years. Hope you find them funny and useful.
