Weather Report Digital Templates

Make technology rain down on your students with this interactive digital activity! Students can use these digital templates in Google Drive™ or Microsoft OneDrive™ to create a weather report. This activity makes an engaging research project during your weather unit! Best of all? No prep for you; no lost papers for them!

Students will use the 9 included slides to:

• record the day's and week's weather data
• complete a monthly weather calendar
• create a national weather map
• write weather forecasts (1-day, 3-day, and 5-day outlooks)

Students will complete the slides by typing in text boxes and tables and moving images. Alternatively, you can display on your SmartBoard and complete together as a class!

This resource includes a step-by-step tutorial explaining how to share the resource with your students (both for Google Drive and Microsoft OneDrive).
