You have probably heard about the film Hidden Figures and the scientists it’s about (Katherine Johnson…). You have undoubtedly heard about Marie Curie and her discoveries. You have possibly heard about Jane Goodall and Dian Fossey (and the film Gorillas in the Mist). But there is so much more to learn about when we think about women in STEM!!

This unit is ready to use, there is not much to add: it’ll save you a lot of preparation time!

I use this unit with my students of Troisième which, in France, corresponds to the American 9th Grade. They are high intermediate learners.
