Visualizing Snap Cubes Spatial Reasoning and Critical Thinking Puzzle Task Cards

Looking for a fun way to teach spatial reasoning and critical thinking? With this set of task cards students will visualize 3D shapes using snap cubes. An ideal activity to help develop spatial awareness skills as well as problem solving skills and logic. Students build the 3D shape on the task card from snap cubes. This set of 24 engaging task cards puzzles can be used for a whole class activities, independent work, centers, early finishers or as an extension activity.

The puzzles are differentiated on three levels, so there is a task included to suit all abilities. Students can work their way through the challenge levels as they become more confident. Once printed, these task cards can be used again and again for a fun and engaging way to teach spatial reasoning.

What's Included:

Three sets, each containing eight task cards:

★ Set One includes shapes made from 4 or 5 snap cubes in which all cubes are visible on the card.

★ Set Two increases in difficulty and some snap cubes are not visible on the card, but must be included to make the shape.

★ Set Three is a more challenging version of Set Two.
