This STEM activity is designed to support teachers, homeschooling parents, and after-school programs. With this resource, you can easily access high-quality materials and engage your students as they investigate butterflies and learn about symmetry.

Students follow the engineering design process to construct their own symmetrical butterfly. They learn about the Butterfly Life Cycle and write about what they learned and what they created.

It's a great companion to Velma Gratch and the Way Cool Butterfly by Alan Madison and Kevin Hawkes!
