Valentine's Day Music Opposites Interactive Music Games & Assessments {Love Bug}

Looking for elementary music games to help reinforce music dynamics (loud and soft or loud and quiet), melodic direction (high and low or up and down) and tempo (fast and slow)?

These digital resources are excellent addition to your February music lesson plans or anytime you are working on music comparatives. Engaging music games for the entire class, music sub tub, music centers or distance learning! Plus, they will work on tablets and Web Browsers.

Please note that the price reflects 4 products. I did not charge for both products that reinforced the concept "loud/soft" or "loud/quiet".

Each resource contains 15 student interactive slides. Each slide has several sound effects and animations. Students will click on the bug to hear a sound. They will then click on the answer that represents what they hear! Students will know immediately without leaving the page if they are correct. Be prepared for a brain break of laughter and movement when they select the correct answer.

QR Codes are also included. Print or project the pdf flyers so students can easily scan and play the games.

An assessment plus an answer key is included with each resource as a separate PowerPoint document so you are able to formally assess students on the concept in a later lesson. The assessment document includes:

★ A student test (to be printed in black/white or color with one per page).

★ An assessment key

★ A sample slide of the student test. Instead of playing the answer just project the slide on your board and access the sounds by clicking on the object using the PowerPoint or the shared link!

The games were designed to be projected onto your SmartBoard, Promethian, Mimio or Interactive Whiteboard and will run on PC's, Mac's, Chromebooks and tablets using a "link" that will open via your default internet browser. In addition, use the QR code provided or the PowerPoint version of the game as another option for utilizing the products. Integrating the resources into digital learning platforms like Canvas, Blackboard, Seesaw, and Google Classroom is easy when utilizing the "shared link".
