Description

This type of short research assignment is very flexible. It could be used to teach MLA and research, review MLA, conclude a unit on romantic literature, or in a non ELA class looking to incorporate research in a fun way on Valentine's Day or during February! The materials is no prep and ready-to-go for you!

Student Experience: Students will be assigned a famous love story. Students will research those people, make a digital presentation, and share with the class. This is also a great assignment in gaining familiarity with literary and cultural figures so as to build students’ background knowledge of such people, which in turns makes recognizing allusions easier.
