This resource includes a matching Google Form and PDF Printable worksheet for your assignment flexibility. The Printable PDF is also hyperlinked if you wish to use it digitally.
Customize to fit your needs! Students may work on the digital or printable version while receiving the same lesson material.
The attached Google Form contains more than half multiple choice questions, with the answer key included. It is pre-set for 20 points, but may be edited to fit your needs. The provided PDF contains the same multiple choice and short response questions.
Purchase of this resource includes 2 PDFs: Teacher's Guide with "forced copy" Google Form and PDF Worksheet. This “forced copy” link which will allow you ownership of the file, make any necessary edits, and collect student data.
Both resources allow student access to the video material. The Google Form is pre-linked and embedded with Youtube videos, while the printable PDF contains QR code video.links to each video. If you assign the PDF digitally, the video titles are also linked to Youtube.
This lesson includes 10 minutes of video material, plus response and discussion time. Links are also included in the Teacher's Guide if you wish to lead students through the videos synchronously.
