Description

The term "Vegetables" is a way to group together the many parts of a plant that we eat, like the flowers, stems, leaves, and roots. This is a simple poster showing examples of vegetables that come from these different parts of a plant. The vegetables included are:

FLOWERS: Cauliflower, Broccoli, Artichoke

STEMS: Rhubarb, Asparagus, and Celery,

LEAVES: Cabbage, Lettuce, and Spinach

ROOTS: Carrots, Radishes, and Potatoes.
