Unpacking the Standard and Alignment Calibration Work Page

There are many teachers who are teaching their hearts out. It "appears" that they have amazing instruction taking place in their rooms. But....if you really look closely, and by that I mean analyze if it truly aligns to the standard that they are supposed to be teaching, many times, if not most of the time, their instruction is NOT aligned to the standard or is only partially aligned. Practice unpacking the standard and then use the calibration work page on the back to see if the tasks, activities, and lessons fully align to the standard that they are to be teaching. Whether you are a new teacher or a veteran, this calibration activity could be eye opening for you.

This form looks similar to another that I have listed that is only unpacking standards by itself, but it now is updated to reflect that math rigor levels are different than other content area rigor levels.
