NS= Next Step (This is an area for improvement and growth)

G= Growth (The student has shown some improvement or engagement)

KL= This is an area of key learning and success!

• Each page includes room to record information on 4 students. 
• Each student section has a blank section for notes and for quotes/anecdotes.

The categories included in the self-regulation checklist are:

• Solves problems in effective ways
• Makes choices that reflect their needs
• Demonstrate self-control & respect

The categories included in the well-being checklist are:

• Notice the effects of healthy & active living
• Demonstrate Personal Hygiene
• Recognize safe/ unsafe situations
• Demonstrate spatial awareness & balance
• Control of small and large muscle groups

The categories included in the problem-solving checklist are:

• Solve social problems
• Create and execute a plan
• Adapt to solve problems
