Description
Literally everything you want/need to track all compiled into one, easy to use, fully editable, spreadsheet workbook. This combines several other products I have for sale, but each one has been updated and improved in this bundle. This is a TIME SAVER and can be a lifesaver if your server goes down--always good to have a backup!
Also included is a how to and example of using Google Forms to create your own data forms.
On many sheets, cells contain formulas and conditional formatting such that cells will change color once certain criteria has been met.
For example, on the caseload tracker, when a meeting date is getting close, the cell will turn yellow as a nice indicator and reminder to schedule your meeting. As the due date gets even closer, the cell will turn red--have your meeting! Once the date has passed, the cell will turn green to indicate (hopefully!) the meeting has been completed.
On the Attendance/Data/Billing sheet (ADB)--when the sessions attended equals the total number of sessions required, the cell will turn green--You've done it! You met you're service provisions! Great job ;-). If they are not yet met, the cell will be red (far off) or yellow (getting closer!).
I like to keep track of my meetings, evals, and dismissals as well to present to my supervisor once a year as a workload versus caseload summary--hello job security!
