What educators are saying
Description
This Digital Rock Sorting Activity (drag & drop) will give your students practice categorizing and reviewing the three types of rocks: igneous, sedimentary and metamorphic rocks.
The background of the Digital Sorting Activity is ‘locked’ and the only thing the students can move are the text boxes or rock images. This prevents the students from deleting anything by accident.
You will need Google Drive™ in order to access this resource. Your students will also need Google™ accounts so they can access the activity. Sharing via Google Classroom™ is recommended, but sharing through Google Drive™ is another option. The resource can ALSO be downloaded, printed and used as a handout in the classroom.
