What educators are saying

I used with my ELs to help build fluency. They picked a script, made props and used the green screen to record their play. We then hosted a movie premiere for admin and instructional coaches and showed the movies. These scripts were perfect!
My students had a lot of fun with this readers theatre. They are able to practice their fluency and accuracy skills while reading a fun story!

Description

My name is Melanie Whitesides but my store name is Wonbyone. One of the things I am passionate about is Reader's Theater. It is a fun way for my students to improve on their fluency. In a world where reading is pushed so hard on students that many are losing their love of reading it is IMPORTANT to give them opportunities to read that are fun. Reader's Theater does this.

In this package I have placed 6 Reader's Theater. The scripts are: Cinderella, Hansel and Gretel, Goldilocks, Little Red Riding Hood, Jack and the Beanstalk, and a Rapunzel Twisted Tale. They are all written for groups of 3 to 4 people. You can buy these individual Reader's Theaters on my site for $2.50 a piece OR you can buy all 6 here for $10. This will save you $5. A sort of buy 5 get 1 free deal. *IF you teach 3rd grade, some of the scripts will need to be used in your higher group.
