Description
These are coloring sheets to accompany the social story "Tucker the Turtle". It is a way to extend and continue the discussion about the Tucker the Turtle story, and gives a tangible visual that you can use to talk about Tucker and his feelings.
Suggested activities:
- Color the 3-step "STOP, TUCK, THINK" page and post it in your classroom, or in a Quiet Corner.
- Color the "angry" Tucker, and talk about how we can feel in our bodies when we're upset.
- Write some ideas for how to solve problems in Tucker's speech bubble. Some ideas are "ask a teacher", "please stop", "can I play too".
