What educators are saying

I have a lot of students go out on vacations and this resource has been great to be able to print off and go!
I think this is on the edge of being too young for my 4s on its own but I added a bunch of connections to our curriculum to make it more relevant for me...but for another kid I would have just left it as is!

Description

This Student Travel Journal is the perfect fun activity for your students or child to complete while traveling on vacation. This package allows students to practice their reading and writing skills while reflecting on their travels. Journal pages for before, during, and after their vacation are included!

No need to put together work packages for students to complete while on vacation - just photocopy this package and they are ready to go!

Help keep children focused and busy while encouraging them to reflect and write about their adventures! The completed package makes a great memory book for children and parents to cherish for years to come!

This engaging package contains the following:

⭐Vacation Travel Journal Title Page: A black and white and color version of the title page included. This makes a beautiful cover for their journals!

⭐Pre-trip Writing Activities: Several different activity pages are included for students to complete before their trip are included. These ask students to make a packing list, write about and illustrate their travel buddies, and more.

⭐Trip Description Writing Activities: On these pages, students write about and illustrate the places they are visiting. Students are asked to list facts about their destination, color their destination on a map, and more.

Transportation Writing Activity: Students use this page to describe the way they will be getting to their destination. Students write about the main method of transportation they will be using, explain how long it will take them to arrive, and illustrate what they see when they look out the window.

⭐Journal Pages: Several different journal pages are included, so students can pick and choose the ones they want to use. Each page allows students to reflect, illustrate, and write about their adventures.

⭐Trip Reflection Writing Activities: Two different writing pages are included for students to use to reflect back on their adventures.
