Description
This activity is perfect for reviewing transformations - rigid transformations (translation, reflection, and rotation), as well as dilations.
Students are asked to:
- dilate by: 1/2, 1/5, 2, -1
- translate
- rotate: clockwise, counterclockwise, about the origin, and about a specific point
- reflect: over the x-axis, y-axis, and the line y=2
- carry out a series of transformations: translate & reflect, rotate & translate
