Tinker Bins-152 STEM Challenges in Science, Technology, Engineering, Math

Tinker bins consist of 19 interactive bins, each containing 8 challenges, for a total of 152 challenges that integrate Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM) into your everyday curriculum. Tinker bins can be used as a way to begin each day, for students who complete their work before others, during STEM encore, or to enhance your after / in-school STEM club. The challenges are written to promote the engineer design process (Ask, Imagine, Plan, Create, Test, Improve) and higher order thinking skills as students complete tasks individually and with teams.

Tinker bins are perfect for grades 3rd-5th.

The task cards are designed for the specific materials such as index cards, card stock, paper clips, binder clips, clothes pins, play dough, craft sticks, and much more. Some task cards are compatible with an array of materials and can be used in other bins. Materials for the tinker bins can be obtained at the Dollar Tree, Walmart, Target, Dollar General, Amazon, etc.
