Do your students struggle with self-image, self-esteem, self-efficacy, anxiety, and confidence? Do they often blame others for their mistakes or get frustrated easily? Do they avoid trying new things or have an extreme fear of embarrassment or failure? Or do they just lack overall motivation and attention/focus? As teachers, we know that all of these things can greatly affect academic performance, behavior, and even attendance, which is one of the main reasons I created this journal.

Thrive! is much more than a typical journal. It was designed using concepts from Positive Psychology and can be used to help improve:

Emotional Regulation, Social Connections, Persistence & Resilience, Attention & Focus, Motivation, Goal Achievement, Gratitude & Compassion, Academic Performance, and Overall Happiness. It can also help to reduce anxiety, depression, and hopelessness.

Can be used as journal activities with students or as individual lessons. I created this journal with high school/early college students in mind, but it can definitely be adapted for multiple age groups.

This is a 7 x 10 Journal with 47 pages and includes the following:
