What educators are saying

I love using Good Eats videos for learning in the classroom. I like the way the form was laid out for the 3 different ways to adjust the cookie recipe to suit your taste. I let my cooking groups decide which method they would use when making their cookies. It worked out well.
This was exactly what I needed for my food science class. Thank you for providing a valuable resource.
