    What's Included in this Bundle of Second and Third Grade Writing Units?

    1. Junior Reporters - An informational writing unit that turns students into 'Junior Reporters'. Students will conduct an interview with a local community member, classmate, or school staff member and write an informative script all about this person for a classroom news segment!
    2. Persuasive Writing - this unit teaches students to form an opinion supported by solid reasoning that can persuade an audience. In this case, students will be trying to persuade a parent, teacher, or school member to make a big change!
    3. Super Sequences - learning to use procedural writing to create simple instructions for how to do almost anything!
    4. Creative Story Writing - learn the parts of a narrative story and use the writing process to create a fun and imaginative tale.
    5. Creative Writing Inspired By Books - this unit focuses on where authors get their IDEAS. Students will write their own narrative stories inspired by their favorite books.

    All units include a DIGITAL, Google Slides version of ALL student pages. These can be used in Google classroom for distance, at-home, or virtual learning.
