This is an updated version for years 2022-2025. You can use this for 3 full years (23-24, 24-25, and 25-26).

Finally an attendance calendar that auto fills the dates! This calendar will work for four entire school years (2022-2023 through 2025-26) by using the drop down menu (click on the yellow box to get started)!

Use the Attendance Calendar to log your service minutes and a student's attendance. Use the service codes listed or edit them to create your own. Perfect for Speech, social work, OT, PT, itinerant services, interventionists, etc. All of the service codes and titles can be changed.

Print one copy per student and enjoy keeping a year's worth of attendance on a single page.

Start by clicking on the yellow box. Use the drop down menu to choose the year in which a school year begins (2022, 2023, 2024, 2025), e.g., for the 2022-23 school year select 2022. The calendar then automatically fills with the correct dates for the entire school year, beginning in August and ending in July.
